B.Grimm Power Korea, a subsidiary of Thai energy company B.Grimm Power, is expanding its equity investment in Unison to strengthen strategic cooperation in wind energy projects. The two companies aim to combine Unison's wind turbine manufacturing and project development capabilities with B.Grimm's global investment experience to expand wind operations both domestically and internationally.
The partnership will focus on leveraging each company's core strengths to develop new wind energy projects. Unison brings specialized expertise in turbine manufacturing and project development, while B.Grimm contributes extensive experience in global energy investments and project financing. This combination positions the two firms to pursue larger-scale wind projects across multiple markets.
The companies have already demonstrated their collaborative potential through the Nagwol offshore wind project located in Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do in South Korea. Building on this successful partnership, both firms plan to jointly identify and develop new wind energy projects in the coming years.
Beyond domestic expansion, B.Grimm and Unison intend to promote Korean wind energy technology and expertise in international markets. This strategy reflects the growing global demand for renewable energy solutions and positions South Korean wind technology as a competitive offering in the worldwide clean energy transition.
