South Korea's cable manufacturers are expanding beyond simple product supply into overseas power grid markets, now offering local production, engineering and construction services. In the United States, they are scaling up turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects for ultra-high-voltage power grids and local production of nuclear power plant cables. In Southeast Asia, they are directly carrying out submarine cable installation, accelerating their push into overseas power infrastructure markets.
